We welcome you to our online Pranayama and Meditation sessions - A Flexible 5 Weekend Program. Join Mauli Bavisker to learn authentic yogic practices from your own comfortable spaces and keep up your health and immunity.
About the program: This program is a perfect blend of Meditation and Pranayama specially designed to give you a unique meditative experience along with pranayama the ancient yogic breathing practices. This combination is extremely relevant in today's times - it will help you strengthen your respiratory track and build immunity as well as give you the much needed psychological and emotional de-stressing to further accelerate your spiritual growth.
Dates : Every weekend starting Saturday and Sunday.
Flexibility: You can choose to join us for 1/5/10 sessions.
