Topic of the talk: Guided Practice of Pranayama in KYM Practice

Sri. V. M. Janakiraman is the Director, Yoga Therappy at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM), Chennai and a Senior Yoga Therapist and he takes us through a Guided Pranayama Practice session in the KYM tradition.
