Damaru is happy to announce its next FB Live in the series of BILVA Annual Yoga Festival 2020, running throughout this month of July on the theme of Bhāratiya Paramparā!
- Topic of discussion: Cosmic Pulse: A Glimpse into the World of Nādi Shāstra and Marma Vidyā
- Nādi Parikshā has been said as one of the important Ashta sthāna parikshās. This system of examination in many views has become almost extinct. Dr. Neelam is one of the rare practitioner of this ancient technique.
- It is a comprehensive method, which and helps to reach the root cause of health issues, not merely by addressing the symptoms. Nādi Pareekshā gives you an insight on how to optimize your health in accordance with the elements which are predominant in your body. It provides you with a prognosis which is detailed and accurate. Several chronic diseases like diabetes, infertility, obesity, hypertension, paralysis, mental disorders, severe joint pains and skin diseases can be detected by using this Nādi pareekshan.
-Marmas are the vital points in the body where the life force energy is concentrated. The Marma points are located where the flesh, veins, arteries, tendons, bones and joints meet. They may also be described as the junctions where Vāta, Pitta and Kapha meet; where Sattwa, Rajas and Tamas meet; or where Eternity and Relativity meet. Dr. Neelam will share with us some of the important Marma points during the session.
