Pregnancy is a beautiful time when a women gets an opportunity to honour and nourish herself on every level of her being. It is crucial you keep yourself healthy and active physically, emotionally & mentally and continue to prepare for a healthy pregnancy and post pregnancy phase.

Join Mauli Bavisker online to learn and practice authentic yoga from your own comfortable spaces and keep up your health and immunity. Mauli is a certified International Prenatal Yoga Teacher with RPYT Certification from Yoga Alliance, USA and specializes in Pregnancy Yoga. She is the FIRST AND ONLY RPYT Certified Teacher in the State of Gujarat, India as in April, 2020.

Overview and why to practice yoga in before, during and after Pregnancy:

Before Conception: 

Yoga helps prepare the mind and body for the coming baby. It gives strength, flexibility and vitality to the mom-to-be and prepares her to cope with pregnancy and motherhood!

Pregnancy: 

It is the time when the mother has an increased need of balance and harmony at the level of body, mind and emotions. Practicing yoga works at all these levels and also prepare the mother for labour, pain management, blood circulation, preventing cramps, correct breathing and relaxation that promotes natural and healthy delivery, enabling the well-being of mom and baby.

Post natal: 

"Care for yourself to care for your baby"

This is the time of sleepless nights, fluctuating hormones, mood swings, fatigue and body transitioning back to its normal constitution. Yoga helps to recover the balance, calm the emotions and provides necessary energy. It also helps in breastfeeding and alleviates postnatal depression.

Days: Thrice a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Time: 10:00 am to 11:00 am (IST)
