Wellbeing
Exploring traditional wisdom through reflection.
You don’t arrive at wellbeing. You move toward it — one practice, one season, one honest conversation at a time.
Wellbeing
You don't arrive at wellbeing. You move toward it — one practice, one season, one honest conversation at a time.
At Damaru, wellbeing is not a product or a promise. It is a living inquiry into how you move, breathe, nourish yourself, and meet the world. Our work draws from the Indic tradition and contemporary science in equal measure, because the ancient and the evidence-based are not in conflict here. They describe the same truth in two languages.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time, navigating perimenopause, preparing for birth, or holding stress as a full-time job or a business— there is a pathway here that was built with you in mind.
Daily Practices
The daily practice is the one that actually changes things. Not the retreat you attend once a year. Not the session when life allows. The Tuesday class. The breath you return to. The small, sustained commitment that compounds quietly into something real.
Svasthya Pravāha
Svasthya Pravāha
Who this is for: You feel the pull toward regular practice but haven't found the right structure. You want to understand what you're doing, not just move through it.
ŪRJĀ
ŪRJĀ
Who this is for: You are done with fitness that ignores your biology. You want rigour, depth, and a practice that actually accounts for where you are in your body right now.
Personalised Care
There is a kind of care that a group class cannot offer. Not because the class is insufficient — but because some needs require a different quality of attention. One care-seeker. One person. A conversation that begins where you actually are
PRISM™ Consultations with Mauli
PRISM™ Consultations with Mauli
Who this is for: You've tried different approaches and felt something was always missing. You want someone to see the whole picture — and respond to that, not to a category.
Soma Sūtra

Sacred and Immersive Experiences
These are Damaru's offerings for the moments that require a different container — more time, more stillness, more of yourself brought to the practice. They are not escapes. They are deliberate immersions, designed to do what daily practice prepares you for.
Antaryatra
Antaryatra
Who this is for: You want a genuine practice retreat. Not a luxury wellness escape, not a packed schedule of activities — an honest immersion that asks something of you and gives something real in return.
Yajnas and Agnihotra
Yajnas and Agnihotra
Who this is for: You are drawn to traditional Vedic practice and want to engage with it seriously — understanding the inner logic, not just the outer form. And those who want to experience the power and role of Agni in their wellbeing.
Sankalpa-s and Japa Sādhanā-s
Sankalpa-s and Japa Sādhanā-s
Who this is for: You are ready to commit to a practice that has real weight to it. You understand that this kind of work asks for consistency, and you are prepared to offer it.
Samadhriti — Workplace Wellbeing
Most of your life does not happen on a yoga mat. It happens in boardrooms, on calls, under deadlines, in the long friction of working closely with other human beings whose nervous systems are also under pressure. Samadhriti is Damaru's collaborative programme for organisations that understand this — and want to do something meaningful about it.
Samadhriti
Samadhriti
Who this is for: Your organisation is ready to take the wellbeing of its people as seriously as its performance. You want something that works, not something that looks good in the annual report.
Inquiries for Samadhriti are welcomed through a direct conversation. We do not offer packages. We offer partnerships.
